Rich is responsible for supporting development projects and construction related credit opportunities. Prior to joining Urban Standard, he worked for Suffolk Construction a general contractor managing luxury high-rise buildings and city infrastructure projects in NYC such as Waldorf Astoria, High Line Plaza, and Brooklyn Army Terminal. Before Suffolk Construction, Rich worked at Firmitas, a Structural Engineering firm designing residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in the Tri-State Area. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from New York University. Rich is originally from Long Island and currently resides in New York City.
