Kelvin oversees the financial accounting of the Urban Standard equity funds and assists in the operations and financial reporting of its credit funds. Prior to joining Urban Standard, Kelvin was a Senior Accountant at Lisa Management where he worked on the accounting and financial reporting of rental, condominium, and commercial real estate portfolios consisting of over 2,000 units. Before Lisa Management, Kelvin was a financial auditor at Mazars USA LLP, working with clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Kelvin earned his BS in Accounting from Hunter College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He was born and raised in Queens, and currently lives in Manhattan.
