Harris is responsible for sourcing, negotiation, and underwriting prospective deals. Prior to working at Urban Standard Capital, Harris worked for Crown Acquisitions, a retail repositioning and development firm based in NYC. At Crown, as a Director of the leasing team, he created roll out strategies for Sephora, Vitamin Shoppe, and Buffalo Wild Wings.  

After working at Crown, Harris worked as a project manager for the Royal Poinciana South, and was instrumental in the redevelopment of an extensive multifamily project in Palm Beach, Florida.Harris earned his BA from the S.I Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and MS in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He was born and Raised in New York City, NY and currently resides in Midtown.
