Apoorv Bansal is responsible for supporting loan servicing and portfolio management at Urban Standard Capital. Prior to joining Urban Standard, Apoorv worked at Kotak Mahindra Investments in Mumbai, where he evaluated and structured real estate debt transactions. Before Kotak, he worked in the Capital Markets team at Savills India, where he worked on more than $300 million of real estate transactions across debt and equity placements, investment sales and fundraising assignments.

Apoorv earned his Master of Science in Finance from Fordham University and his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. He was born and raised in India and currently resides in the New York City area.
