Cliff is responsible for supporting development projects and construction-related credit opportunities. He joined USC after working for Cumming Group, an owners’ representative firm specifically focusing on higher education and cultural projects where he managed several projects under the Archdiocese of New York real estate portfolio, Pratt Institute, as well as a high-rise residential rental in Texas. Before Cumming Group, he worked for a general contractor specializing in the luxury residential space managing both ground-up and renovation projects. Cliff holds a BS in Civil Engineering from New York University and currently resides in Brooklyn.
