Pam oversees asset and property management for Urban Standard Capital, with responsibilities spanning compliance, operations, tenant relations, administration, repairs and maintenance, and leasing activities as well as pricing strategy and collaborating with the brokerage community. In addition to managing day-to-day property performance, Pam plays a central role in office management, ensuring internal systems, processes, and workflows run smoothly and efficiently and serves as a key point of support for team members across departments.
