Jake Klopp, Associate, Mountain West Investments, joined Urban Standard Capital in 2026. Jake supports the sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and execution of deals across the Mountain West. Prior to joining USC, Jake wore many hats as Director of Development at Game Creek Holdings, a boutique real estate development firm, helping manage over 550k SF of ground-up + redevelopment projects across the U.S., as a preferred partner for Tesla Inc. Prior, Jake worked at Cadence Capital Partners, connecting real estate sponsors with project-specific capital from family offices and high-net-worth investors.

Jake received a Master’s in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver and an undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston. A New York native, Jake settled in Denver, CO in 2017 following a few formative ski bum stints out West.
