Eric is responsible for the internal accounting of Urban Standard’s property and equity funds. Before joining Urban Standard, Eric started off his career in staff accounting for Power-Flo Technologies, a distribution firm that operates in the automation, technological, and electrical solutions industry and where he developed his professional skills and gained knowledge on cost accounting

Eric holds both a BS and MS in Accounting from SUNY Albany. He has recently passed all four sections of the Uniform CPA Examination and is currently waiting final approval of his CPA license.
