Robert is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and underwriting prospective deals. Prior to working for Urban Standard, Robert worked for Camber Property Group, an affordable, NYC focused, multifamily real estate developer. At Camber, he underwrote and conducted due diligence on new deals, worked on RAD conversions of 2,000+ NYCHA units, and oversaw capital improvements throughout Camber’s existing portfolio.

Before working for Camber, Robert worked at Citi in their CMBS and Real Estate Finance group, where he was a member of the large loan and rating agency teams and worked on a wide variety of financings. Robert earned his BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and MS in Real Estate Development from NYU. He was born and raised in Greenwich, CT and currently resides in the Flatiron District.
