Harrison is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and underwriting prospective deals. Prior to working for Urban Standard, Harrison worked for Ranger Properties, a vertically integrated multi-family real estate developer based in NYC. At Ranger, he underwrote and conducted due diligence on new deals, and served as project manager for multiple developments along the eastern seaboard. Harrison earned his BA in Applied Mathematics and his BA in History of Art and Architecture from Brown University. He grew up in East Hampton, NY and currently resides in Brooklyn.
