Urban Standard Capital provided a $26.5M land loan for Aptitude Development to acquire 53 acres in Edwards, Colo., near Beaver Creek. The site will become Edwards River Park, a 440-unit community split between 276 rental apartments and 164 for-sale townhouses and condominiums, addressing a workforce housing gap in Eagle County projected to grow 58% by 2035.
